TL;DR

— We store your Google name and your votes. That's it. No email, no photo.

— No ads, no tracking, no analytics, no selling your data. Ever.

— Only your group sees your availability.

— Delete your account anytime: everything goes with it, instantly.

Who we are

Full Party (fullparty.app) is a scheduling tool for tabletop game groups, operated by Emanuele C. (the "data controller"). Contact: session.zero.admin@gmail.com

What data we process

— Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name and a unique Google identifier. We store the identifier and a display name. We do not store your email address or profile picture.

— Content you create: groups, character names, colors, your availability votes and scheduled session dates.

— We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location data or device fingerprints. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Why we process it

To provide the service you request: signing you in, showing your groups and sharing your availability with the other members of your groups. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where your data lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare D1 in the European Union region. Hosting and delivery is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. acting as data processor. Sign-in is provided by Google (Google Ireland Ltd.); the authentication happens on Google's servers and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Deleting your account (badge menu → DELETE ACCOUNT) immediately and permanently removes your account, the groups you own, your votes and your memberships. Invite links expire automatically after 7 days.

Who we share it with

Nobody, beyond the processors above. We do not sell data, we do not run ads, we do not share data with third parties for marketing. Your availability is visible only to members of your groups.

We use technical cookies only, strictly necessary for the service to work:

— sz_user_id: keeps you signed in (12 months)
— oauth_state, oauth_next: protect the Google sign-in flow (10 minutes)

No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are used. Under GDPR and the ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require a consent banner.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, rectify, export or erase your data, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali). Erasure is self-service via DELETE ACCOUNT; for anything else write to session.zero.admin@gmail.com.
